Fabrication Facility

EPC Constructions India Ltd. operates a fully equipped structural and piping fabrication facility capable of handling 40,000 MTPA of fabricated steel. Our yard is configured for large-scale module fabrication, structural steel assembly, and precision piping spool manufacturing.

The facility is equipped with automated CNC plasma and flame cutting machines, submerged arc welding (SAW) systems, fit-up and welding bays for large diameter pipes, shot blasting and painting facilities, and comprehensive NDT and quality control infrastructure.
